I am a wife and a mother of three beautiful children. I am originally  from Minnesota and have lived in North Dakota for the past eleven years. I'm the receptionist and salon coordinator at Hair Safari. My mission is to make your experience  as comfortable, relax and enjoyable as possible, during your visit at our salon. My main roll is to be the supporting piece that re-enforces policy and promotes the owners and team salon's culture.

          I am your It girl!

 

Salon Policy 

Any multiple services, longer than 1 hour, must be held with a 50% deposit. You must notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your appointment.

WE WILL BE ASKING FOR A CREDIT CARD TO HAVE ON FILE TO SECURE OUR PAYMENT FOR SERVICES SCHEDULED IN CASE OF CLIENT DEFAULT.

THIS INCLUDES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) CLIENT WALKING OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF SUCH AND NOT PAYING FOR SERVICES. PLEASE NOTE: CLIENTS CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AND POLICY WILL BE APPLIED.

  • Less than 24 hours cancellation fee 50%

  • Less than 2 hours cancellation fee 75%

  • No -Show Fee 100%

  • Walking out on any performed services 100% Fee

We do realize that circumstances arise beyond our control and can intrude on previously made plans.

We will give our clients a "second chance" the first time an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

However the second time a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice or is a " No Show" we must charge the late cancellation fee for the missed appointment.

Some services maybe charged per HOUR, e.g; Ketatin Services but not limited to.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES PRODUCTS (INCLUDING HAIR EXTENSIONS PURCHASES).
